Assistant Warehouse Leader

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of the Material Handlers.
• Act in accordance with the policies set forth in the current procedure manual.
• Clean & maintain equipment to assure optimal operating performance.
• Grow your knowledge & skills through a wide variety of training & on-the-job experiences.

Requirements

• Ability to work 5:50pm - 6:05am on a cycle of 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off, repeat. This equates to 2 weekends per month off with a 3-day weekend.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Leadership, hi-lo, manufacturing/logistic operation ability.
• Able to use soft skills with direct reports, excellent communication skills, etc.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Pay

• Rotating 12-hour shifts with a 2-week standard schedule of 3 days, then 4 days.
