Assistant Team Leader - Warehouse

Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Supervisor in directing and supervising warehouse operations.
• Cook up and lead warehouse activities daily.
• Coordinate and implement work schedules.
• Ensure effective job assignments and proper completion of tasks.
• Lead the Warehouse team by instructing and assisting.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Effective communication skills, able to present information and answer questions.
• Experience overseeing high levels of detail and quality.
• A sense of urgency and accountability.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills.

Salary

Pay Range: Min $19.00 Hourly Max $23.00 Hourly

Work Environment

This position requires physical demands including standing, walking, sitting, bending, twisting, reaching, lifting, pushing, climbing, pulling, and carrying of heavy objects repeatedly.
