Assistant Warehouse Lead

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Daily phone, email, and Live Chat communication with customers and sales reps
• Daily communication with Warehouse Supervisor and Office Manager
• Steps in as acting Assistant Warehouse Manager when they are out of office
• Train all warehouse employees on specific job functions
• Responsible for prioritizing and delegating work to warehouse personnel, ensuring each job is completed in a professional and timely manner
• Addressing complaints and resolving problems
• Ensuring warehouse organization
• Inspecting warehouse facilities and equipment and recommending changes in allocation of space
• Responsible for providing accurate counts of finished goods inventory and timely data entry for shipping and inventory purposes
• Sales Orders, Invoicing, and Shipping of all customer orders
• Aid in maintaining superior customer satisfaction while maintaining a cost-effective operation
• Aid in warehouse quality and safety

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have supervisory experience in various warehouse settings
• Self-starter
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent analytical problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
