Warehouse Lead Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities
- Aids and leads assigned activities associated with warehouse operations.
- Prepares orders by processing requests: pulls accurate materials and places in appropriate area for customer pick-up or delivery; loads and unloads trucks as necessary.
- Responsible for organizing, planning, coordinating, facilitating, and managing all aspects of physical inventory and storage area.
- Manages the process of receiving, stocking, and quality control of all merchandise.
- Oversees and coordinates maintenance of equipment.
- Maintains performance and productivity to maximize operation excellence, including service, quality, and cost control.
- Maintains health and safety compliance in accordance with company policy.
- Assists with assigning workload, including training of warehouse staff.
- Maintains inventory controls through minimizing materials damage and ensuring order accuracy.
- Lifts up to 50 lbs., walks or stands for most of the shift, wears protective gear and steel-toed boots.
- Operates a forklift.

Physical Requirements
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Frequently moves about inside the office and warehouse.
- Must be able to lift heavy building materials up to 50 lbs. for loading/unloading.
- Must be able to operate basic office machinery.
- Must be able to communicate with team and management and be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
- Constantly in a warehouse environment.

Pay Range
Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour, depending on experience.
