Responsibilities
- Review and draft insurance coverage forms specific to cyber and professional liability products
- Provide legal insights and expertise for policy language and coverage analyses
- Collaborate with underwriters and claims professionals to ensure product competitiveness and profitability
- Identify and implement best practices for form development and compliance
- Leverage technology and resources to innovate the form development process
- Support compliance in form filings by preparing necessary documentation
- Engage with stakeholders to keep abreast of market trends and regulatory impacts
Qualifications
- Detailed knowledge of cyber and professional liability products, including first-party, third-party, and crime coverages
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for influencing and negotiating with stakeholders
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management abilities
- Experience in strategic discussions and working autonomously or within a team
- Project management skills to drive initiatives from idea to completion with minimal guidance
