Assistant Vice President, Global Marketing Digital Media
About the Role
The AVP of Global Marketing, Digital Media reports to the GVP of Global Digital Media and is responsible for international digital marketing, including lead generation, building and implementing the team structure to meet future needs, coordinating across groups and departments to secure necessary resources, developing human capital, and ensuring the team follows appropriate P&Ps. This role works closely with the Global PCG Marketing leadership team and other marketing teams like Strategy & Planning, fishtank (in-house creative team) and Global Marketing Services.
Responsibilities
- Managerial responsibilities for all employees within the assigned teams, including writing performance reviews and hiring/firing responsibilities
- Participate in setting goals and objectives for assigned group
- Responsibility for all budgeting/planning/project schedules
- Creation, implementation, and maintenance of all policies and procedures within assigned teams/areas
- Work closely with Compliance, HR, and Legal
- Implement firm wide policies and procedures
- Oversee development of knowledge and training materials
- Coordinate efforts with other applicable groups
- Other projects and responsibilities as deemed necessary
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- 10 years' digital marketing experience with 5+ years of leadership experience
- Proven track record in developing teams
- Highly developed qualitative and quantitative skills required
- Ability to analyze various situations and develop strategic solutions
- Partner with Strategy and Planning to develop annual marketing plans, accomplishing the digital components of the plans and providing regular communication on progress
- Implement the strategic vision of the department/team by providing unique insights to support the team
- Create a foundation for strong teamwork and promoting an environment where every team member, regardless of title, are following our goals
- Provide regular executive communications to ensure awareness of results versus goals
Compensation
$115,000 - $170,000 base salary per year in the state of WA. New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience. Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
