This role will lead continuous improvement work focused on process discipline, productivity, and measurable operating gains in a healthcare environment. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency.
Responsibilities
- Lead physician enterprise growth initiatives including practice acquisitions and network expansion
- Develop strategic business plans and operational recommendations for growth opportunities
- Collaborate with physician leaders and administrators to execute cross-functional initiatives
- Act as a liaison for operational and network development efforts, building strong relationships
- Oversee planning and integration of new practices and operational initiatives
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in project management and operational planning
- Collaborate with clinical operations to enhance patient access and practice performance
- Use performance data to measure outcomes and support decision-making
- Drive continuous improvement for operational effectiveness and patient experience
- Prepare executive communications and performance reports to assist leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 10 years healthcare leadership experience in a complex academic medical center or integrated health system
- Demonstrated success in leading ambulatory operations and physician enterprise initiatives
- Proven change agent with expertise in data analytics for operational improvement
- Experience in leading quality and performance improvement initiatives in healthcare settings
- Knowledge of Epic scheduling and Cadence workflows
- Exceptional relationship management and executive communication skills

Pay
$224,800 – $281,000 annually
Location: Bronx, NY. US-based candidates only; no visa sponsorship available.
