Assistant Unit Mgr., (RN) - OR

This RN, Assistant Unit Manager (AUM) position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the mission of MemorialCare - Long Beach. Requirements

• Current California RN license required.
• A bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) is required.
• 2+ years of OR experience is required.
• Supervisor and/or nursing leadership experience is preferred.
• A current American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (CPR & AED) certification is required.

The successful candidate must have a strong commitment to patient care and a desire to contribute to the organization's mission. They should also possess excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have the ability to lead and mentor others.

Pay

Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, there may be additional compensation available for this role, including but not limited to, shift differentials, extra shift incentives, and bonus opportunities.

Schedule

The RN, Assistant Unit Manager (AUM) works 10 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
