Job Description

The Assistant Track Coach at Paola High School will assist in the development and implementation of track and field programs. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with the organization and supervision of practices and competitions
• Providing support to athletes in their training and development
• Maintaining a safe and positive coaching environment
• Collaborating with the Athletic Director on program planning and scheduling

About the Role

This position is part-time and will work under the direction of the Athletic Director. The ideal candidate will have a passion for athletics and a strong commitment to student success.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must:

• Have a valid driver’s license
• Be able to pass a background check
• Have a minimum of two years of coaching experience
• Be available to coach during school hours and after-school practices
