Requirements
- Current TB test (Tuberculosis) required for all employees.
- If your TB test was administered less than 12 months ago, a copy of the results is acceptable.
- If your last TB test was over 1 year ago, you must obtain a new test.
- Employees are responsible for the cost of the TB test.
