Assistant Track Coach

About the role

The position is available for the current 2025-2026 school year. Seeking an individual with track and coaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the head coach in organizing and running track and field events.
• Work with students to develop their athletic skills and improve their performance.
• Ensure safety and adherence to rules during all practices and competitions.
• Communicate regularly with parents and students about team activities and expectations.

Requirements

• Experience coaching track and field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of relevant safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in physical education or related field preferred.
• Previous coaching experience preferred.

Skills

• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective time management.
