We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have "Who We Are" and "Position Summary". The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content for Who We Are (maybe "About the organization"? Not listed but could be "About the role"? Not exactly. We could use "About the organization" but not in list. The list includes "About the role". We have Position Summary which could be "About the role". So we can put

About the role

with the Position Summary paragraph. We also have Responsibilities (list). We have Qualifications and Competencies (list). We have Salary & Benefits (salary range and benefits). We have Benefits details. We need to separate Pay and Benefits? The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. We have salary range: $60,000 - $70,000, commensurate with experience. That's specific enough? It includes "commensurate with experience" but still gives a range. We can include Pay section with that range. Benefits: we have health, dental, vision, sick days, vacation, holidays, short Fridays, life/disability insurance, continuing education, 403(b) plan. So we can include Benefits section. Schedule: not mentioned explicitly except "Availability and Responsibility" mentions occasional availability outside regular business hours, evenings, weekends, holidays, periods of travel. That's about schedule flexibility. Could we create a Schedule section? The posting does mention schedule expectations. It says "Availability and Responsiveness: This role requires a high level of responsiveness and flexibility in supporting the assigned Executive, including occasional availability outside of regular business hours for urgent or time-sensitive matters. This may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and periods of travel." That's schedule info. So we can include a Schedule section summarizing that. We also have "Who We Are" which is about the organization. Could be a section like "About the organization". Not in the list but we could still use

About the organization

. The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exclusive. Likely we should stick to those headings. "Who We Are" could be considered "About the role"? Not exactly. But we could incorporate that into About the role section? The Position Summary already describes role. The Who We Are is about organization; maybe we can omit it? But we must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include Who We Are content somewhere. Could we put it under a heading like "About the organization"? Not in the list but maybe acceptable as it's a heading. The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests those as examples. Safer to include a heading like "About the organization". It's still an h3. We must not include boilerplate like cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. There's none. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So Responsibilities list, Qualifications list, Benefits list. We need

for prose. We must not repeat the job title as a heading. Not needed. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. We must output ONLY the HTML fragment. Let's craft:

    About the organization

The Orthodox Union (OU) is the largest Orthodox Jewish organization in the United States, founded in 1898. The OU supports a vast network of synagogues, youth programs, advocacy efforts, services for individuals with disabilities, and international initiatives. It also operates the leading kosher certification service, recognized globally by the Ⓤ symbol on numerous kosher food products.

    About the role

The Assistant to the Executive Vice President is a trusted partner to the Executive Vice President. The role manages the administrative and programmatic support needed for the executive office to operate smoothly, including complex calendars, communications, meetings, travel, expenses, special projects, and coordination with the President and colleagues across the organization. This position requires excellent judgment, discretion, initiative, and follow-through. The Assistant to the Executive Vice President regularly handles sensitive matters, independently assesses priorities, and drives issues to resolution.

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for the executive office, providing professional and responsive coverage for calls, email, mail, visitors, and internal requests.
    • Manage complex and changing executive calendars; schedule meetings, protect priority time, identify conflicts, and ensure the Executives are prepared for each commitment.
    • Triage incoming requests and communications, distinguish urgent matters from routine items, route issues to the appropriate person, and ensure timely follow-up through completion.
    • Coordinate communication and logistics among the Executive Vice President, the CEO, the President, the Chief of Staff, senior staff, board members, community leaders, and organizational peers.
    • Prepare meeting agendas, briefing materials, presentations, background research, and follow-up items; gather relevant information from departments across the OU.
    • Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries, transportation, lodging, scheduling, and changes that arise before or during travel.
    • Oversee administrative execution of programs, recurring initiatives, and special projects sponsored by the Executive Vice President.
    • Maintain key relationships proactively by identifying when meetings, calls, acknowledgments, and follow-ups are needed and ensuring they occur.
    • Monitor office spending, maintain accurate receipts and expense records, prepare reimbursements, and complete monthly credit card reconciliations for Finance.
    • Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion and share it only with the appropriate audience.
    • Maintain organized records, action lists, and reminders; anticipate needs, flag risks, and make sure commitments do not fall through the cracks.
    • Partner with the Chief of Staff, Deputy to the Chief of Staff, and other members of the executive office to provide seamless, proactive service across the organization.

    Availability and Responsiveness

This role requires a high level of responsiveness and flexibility in supporting the assigned Executive, including occasional availability outside of regular business hours for urgent or time-sensitive matters. This may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and periods of travel. Routine responsibilities will generally be completed during normal business hours, with after-hours availability needed as circumstances require.

    Scope and Independent Judgment

The Assistant to the Executive Vice President receives and screens communications directed to the Executives and has broad access to calendars, priorities, and confidential information. The role must use independent judgment to identify matters requiring immediate attention, determine the appropriate response or referral, and represent the executive office with sound judgment and professionalism.

    Qualifications and Competencies

    • Exceptional organization, time management, and ability to manage multiple priorities accurately in a fast-moving environment.
    • Demonstrated discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential, sensitive, or high-stakes matters.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, concisely, and appropriately for the audience.
    • A proactive service mindset, strong follow-through, and willingness to take ownership of issues through resolution.
    • Ability to anticipate executive needs, manage up effectively, and adjust quickly as schedules and priorities change.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with staff, board members, community leaders, and external partners at all levels.
    • Working knowledge of budgeting, expense administration, data management, and recordkeeping.
    • Excellent internet research skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Ability to use technology and practical process improvements to increase efficiency and solve problems.
    • Strong understanding of, or ability to quickly learn, the OU's mission, services, structure, and activities.

    Pay

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000, commensurate with experience.

    Benefits

    • Health, Dental & Vision Insurance: The OU offers health insurance through an Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA). Instead of a single group plan, employees have the freedom to choose their own health insurance plan that fits their personal and family needs. The OU contributes a generous monthly amount directly toward your premium, making coverage more flexible, affordable, and tailored to you. Employees enrolled in our health plan also receive an annual BeniComp stipend, a supplemental benefit that reimburses eligible medical, pharmaceutical, dental, and vision expenses. In addition, the OU offers employees group dental and vision insurance through MetLife.
    • 10 paid sick days
    • 10-15 paid vacation days
    • Paid Jewish and Federal holidays
    • Short Fridays to accommodate for Sabbath observance
    • Free life and disability insurance
    • Discounted continuing education opportunities
    • 403(b) retirement plan with a 5% employer match after 3 years (requires a minimum 2% employee contribution)
We also have a section "Schedule"? We already covered availability in Availability and Responsiveness. Could also make a Schedule section but we already have that info. The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We have many sections already; maybe we can combine some. For instance, "Availability and Responsiveness" and "Scope and Independent Judgment" could be merged into a single section like "Expectations" but we have headings list not including those. However we could keep them as they are substantive. But we might be over-sectioning. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We have many sections: About the organization, About the role, Responsibilities, Availability and Responsiveness, Scope and Independent Judgment, Qualifications and Competencies, Pay, Benefits. That's 8 sections. Could we combine some? Perhaps combine About the organization and About the role into one "About the role" with org description? But we need to preserve all info; we could include org description in About the role paragraph. That would reduce sections. Similarly, Availability and Responsiveness and Scope and Independent Judgment could be combined under "Expectations" or "Work expectations". But we don't have a heading for that in examples. Could use "Expectations". Not in list but maybe okay. However we could also merge them into Responsibilities? Not exactly. They are about availability and judgment. Could be a section "Key Attributes". But we already have Qualifications. Might be okay to keep them separate? The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we should aim for maybe 4-5 sections. Let's think: We need to include all substantive info. We can have: - About the organization and role (combined) - Responsibilities - Qualifications - Pay & Benefits (combined? but we have separate Pay and Benefits; maybe combine into Compensation & Benefits) - Schedule/Expectations (availability) We could also keep Benefits separate. Let's try to produce:
