About the role

Currently seeing a full-time assistant manager for movie theater operations. Must be willing to work in a high-energy environment with availability for some nights and weekends. Some food and beverage experience helpful but not necessary as we do our own training.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the theater including ticket sales, concessions, and cleanliness
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and handle customer complaints
  • Work closely with the theater manager on scheduling and staffing
  • Perform basic maintenance tasks and keep the theater clean and organized
  • May assist with food and beverage service if needed

Requirements

  • Over the age of 18
  • Some computer skills
  • Own transportation and phone
  • Willingness to work some holidays

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of basic theater operations and safety protocols
