About the role
Currently seeing a full-time assistant manager for movie theater operations. Must be willing to work in a high-energy environment with availability for some nights and weekends. Some food and beverage experience helpful but not necessary as we do our own training.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the theater including ticket sales, concessions, and cleanliness
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle customer complaints
- Work closely with the theater manager on scheduling and staffing
- Perform basic maintenance tasks and keep the theater clean and organized
- May assist with food and beverage service if needed
Requirements
- Over the age of 18
- Some computer skills
- Own transportation and phone
- Willingness to work some holidays
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of basic theater operations and safety protocols
