Assistant Territory Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit contractors and assemblers
• Coordinate with 1099 installers to ensure projects are assigned and completed in a timely manner
• Coach installers to drive top Customer Satisfaction results
• Proactive communication and timely resolution for escalated repairs or service calls
• Manage warehouse personnel for efficient order preparation and staging
• Conduct occasional vendor site visits to represent the brand
• Affiliate in inventory control procedures such as purchasing, warehouse safety, and inventory adjustments
• Fosters a goal-motivated environment, strive for continuous improvement, and strong teamwork

Required Skills

• Exceptional Customer service
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Preferred Requirements

• 4+ years of installation / relevant construction building materials experience

Work Environment

• Operates in a professional office environment as well as within a manufacturing environment
• Subject to inside environmental conditions and noise
• Often required to sit, use repetitive hand motion, hear, listen, talk, stand, and walk
• Often required to climb stairs, reach overhead, pull, push, and lift up to 50 pounds
