Key Responsibilities
- Recruit contractors and assemblers
- Coordinate with 1099 installers to ensure projects are assigned and completed in a timely manner
- Coach installers to drive top Customer Satisfaction results
- Proactive communication and timely resolution for escalated repairs or service calls
- Manage warehouse personnel for efficient order preparation and staging
- Conduct occasional vendor site visits to represent the brand
- Affiliate in inventory control procedures such as purchasing, warehouse safety, and inventory adjustments
- Fosters a goal-motivated environment, strive for continuous improvement, and strong teamwork
Required Skills
- Exceptional Customer service
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Preferred Requirements
- 4+ years of installation / relevant construction building materials experience

Work Environment
- Operates in a professional office environment as well as within a manufacturing environment
- Subject to inside environmental conditions and noise
- Often required to sit, use repetitive hand motion, hear, listen, talk, stand, and walk
- Often required to climb stairs, reach overhead, pull, push, and lift up to 50 pounds
