Assistant Territory Field Manager - Plumbing

Project Execution & Field Support

Aid in managing daily functions for each plumbing phase, including slab, rough, and trim. Coordinate labor scheduling and ensure teams follow appropriate timelines. Confirm job readiness and support access to required materials and equipment. Drive material efficiency and waste-reduction efforts. Conduct drop test, pre-walks, check tests and assist TFM when needed. Proactively notify the TFM of jobsite issues.

Communication & Coordination

Communicate field updates to labor teams and internal stakeholders as needed. Support relationships with construction managers for national builders within assigned communities.

Training & Operational Support

Train field personnel and support ongoing workforce development. Support technology implementation across field operations. Support fleet management efforts and driver eligibility compliance.

Qualifications

• Educational requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (GED, college, trade school, or foreign equivalent accepted).
• Physical requirements: Ability to pass a physical examination and qualify for a medical card. Valid driver’s license for 3+ years and insurable on company policy (required).
• Technical skills: Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Language skills: Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus but not required.

Working Environment and Conditions

• Outdoor-based role with frequent travel to field sites and active job locations.
• Frequent use of hands to handle tools or equipment and regular standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
• Must be able to lift and carry 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks in variable weather conditions (extreme heat, cold, and all-weather exposure).
• Must be able to climb steps and navigate job sites safely.
