Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the designer to ensure that all specs created reflect the intentions of that designer.
- Ensure accuracy of all information captured in specs by self-checking sketches & dimensions.
- Absorb and execute final product spec updates and corrections for that season, ensuring that any and all changes to the product after market are approved by the design team.
- Affirm consistency across all factories and all seasons.
- Afford support in the review and correction of post-market samples.
- Afford support in the creation & maintenance of digital Design detail & standards libraries.
- Assist in research of product functionality trends across market.
- Afford support in CAD & artwork creation in Illustrator & Photoshop, as needed.
- Afford support in presentation organization, set up, & clean up.
- Afford support in Design workroom organization & maintenance.
Requirements
- Strong communication and email skills
- Detailed note taking & organizational skills
- Construction knowledge
- PREFERRED: Flexibility to work in-office, as needed, based on development calendar
Qualifications
- Minimum 0-3 years experience
- College degree in fashion design or a related field
- Illustrator and Photoshop experience required
- SUBSTANCE 3D experience a plus
- Raspberry AI, Adobe Firefly AI, or other product Design AI experience a plus
- Microsoft Excel experience a plus
