Responsibilities

  • Support the leadership and daily operations of a busy retail location
  • Inspire, coach, and develop team members to achieve individual and store goals
  • Deliver and promote a world-class customer and donor experience
  • Aid with hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, and team engagement
  • Maintain store performance, labor efficiency, inventory flow, and key operational metrics
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming shopping environment
  • Partner with leadership to drive sales growth, maximize donations, and improve overall store performance
  • Maintain accurate reporting, cash management, and administrative processes
