Assistant Team Leader - ACCS

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative and clinical functions of the team, monitoring service delivery and support utilization for up to 125 clients
• Aid in the development and oversight of Treatment Plans, ensuring coordination of case management services including income, insurance, and appointment scheduling
• Ensure services are culturally competent, strength-based, recovery-focused, and aligned with client preferences
• Integrate recovery, vocational, and clinical services throughout care and support transitions to employment services, such as the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission
• Provide direct clinical interventions, adapt treatment plans as needed, and offer on-call clinical support to case management staff

Qualifications

• Requires a Master’s degree in Social Work or related field
• Licensure in Social Work or Psychology by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts preferred
• Experience working with adults with severe mental illness
• Valid Massachusetts drivers license

Pay

$90,000 USD - $100,000 USD annually
