The Soleil Experience offers a unique leadership opportunity in a luxury, wellness-focused environment. As an Assistant Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, coaching team members, and ensuring the salon consistently delivers exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Master and model the proven 5-step sales method to sell memberships, upgrade services, and coach Spa Consultants to peak performance.
• Assist with staff scheduling, inventory management, supply orders, and daily financial goals to keep the business running smoothly.
• Curate the aesthetic of the facility by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, equipment upkeep, and safety.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures, champion the culture, and guarantee a world-class guest experience during every interaction.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of proven, numbers-driven success in sales, retail, or hospitality management.
• A full-time commitment to dedicate 40 hours per week to the salon, including essential weekend and evening coverage.
• A highly organized, self-motivated, and hands-on approach to taking ownership of the sales floor.
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.

Qualifications

• Passionate about leadership and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with team members and guests.
• Experience in a similar role preferred, but not required.

Pay

Competitive Base: Starting at $18 per hour, with a guaranteed clear path to $20 per hour within the first year.

Lucrative Bonuses: Additional $1 to $4 per hour through a transparent sales bonus program, with average monthly tips of $100 and potential for higher earnings.

Schedule

Open availability to dedicate 40 hours per week to the salon, including essential weekend and evening coverage.
