Responsibilities
- Provide the highest level of guest service and satisfaction.
- Lead team to deliver superior guest service.
- Open and close facilities in accordance with established procedures.
- Monitor equipment and report any problems to proper personnel.
- Maintain meal and rest periods for ambassadors.
- Set up and monitor queue lines.
- Record moneybag recaps and complete task on station task lists.
- Monitor food temperature and portioning according to recipes.
- Supervise and train ambassadors.
- Authorize ambassador over-rings.
- Monitor food waste and educate ambassadors on waste procedures.
- Supervise and direct work.
- Respond to guest requirements, expectations, and needs.
- Prepare and serve food for park guests.
- Clean facilities, operate kitchen equipment, and assist with training and supervision of ambassadors.
- Ensure excellent guest service by responding to guest requirements, expectations, and needs.
Requirements
- One to three months of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Successfully pass ServSafe exam prior to starting.
- Able to pass Alcohol training upon selection.
- Able to pass Food Handlers test and maintain valid Food Handlers card.
- Strong written/verbal communication skills.
- Able to frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
- Able to stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Able to reach with hands and arms, handle, feel, stoop, crawl, or kneel.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work indoors and in outside weather conditions (i.e., sunny, wet, and/or humid conditions).
