Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily field operations of multifamily construction projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and inspections to maintain schedule
- Help enforce site safety programs and ensure OSHA compliance
- Monitor work for quality control and adherence to plans and specifications
- Support scheduling efforts, including short interval planning and look aheads
- Maintain daily reports, logs, and field documentation
- Work closely with project management on RFIs, submittals, and project updates
- Participate in punch list completion and project closeout activities
Qualifications
- 2+ years of construction experience (multifamily is a must)
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred but not required)
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and field operations
- Able to read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
- Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Proficiency with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.) is a plus
