Assistant Superintendent - Ground Up, Procore, Concrete

About the role

We are a full-service general contractor with over 30 years of experience operating in 24 states, known for long-lasting client relationships and 90% repeat business. We handle both renovation and new construction. We have a ground‑up construction project breaking ground this month that will take 2‑2.5 years to complete.

Responsibilities

• Support daily field operations as an Assistant Construction Superintendent
• Assist in executing construction projects from groundbreaking through closeout
• Work closely with the Superintendent to coordinate subcontractors
• Monitor project progress
• Enforce safety standards
• Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, schedule, and quality expectations

Requirements

• Construction Management or Engineering degree preferred
• 4+ years of experience with a general contractor in a superintendent capacity
• Project experience of $40M+
• Experience with elevated concrete highly desired
• Experience with new construction
• Understanding/experience with Procore
