Key Responsibilities
- Technical Skills
- Capable of leading Project Superintendent roles on projects with budgets ranging from $1M to $10M
- Capable of managing a segment or area of a larger project as part of a team
- Able to manage schedules and safety programs
- Able to coordinate material procurement and deliveries
- Able to implement SWPPP measures and document them
- Able to maintain and update project documentation
- Able to coordinate field inspections and tests
- Knowledge of subcontract agreements and enforcement
- Management Skills
- Able to provide field information affecting the Monthly Reconciliation Report and forecasts
- Able to develop and enforce quality control measures
- Able to prepare and maintain eight-week look-ahead schedules
- Able to coordinate daily subcontractor activities
- Able to document change orders and back charges
- Able to document actions related to claims and legal actions
- Able to oversee laborer responsibilities
- Able to lead On Site Safety Meetings
- Able to collect man counts and daily reports
- Able to write comprehensive daily reports
- Able to manage completion and punch lists

- Four-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of relevant project field experience as a Field Engineer or equivalent
- Proficiency in basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Basic familiarity with scheduling software (Microsoft Project, P6, Prolog, Viewpoint, CMiC, etc.)
- Completion of OSHA 30-Hour Safety Course
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Understanding of construction administration processes

- Moderate to very loud noise levels

- Exposure to construction work sites
- May require use of construction personnel hoists and ladders
- May involve working at heights and in confined spaces
