Assistant Superintendent
About the role
with that paragraph. Then we have "GCON Way" describing company values, culture, safety, etc. Could be "About the company" but not in list of allowed headings. Allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can map sections accordingly. We have Responsibilities (list). We have Skills/Qualifications (list). We have Benefits (list). We have Physical Requirements (maybe could be under Requirements? But we have allowed headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. Physical Requirements could go under Requirements? Or maybe we can create a section "Requirements" and include physical requirements there. However we also have separate "Skills/Qualifications". The allowed headings include Skills, Qualifications, Requirements. We need to decide mapping. We have "Skills/Qualifications" combined list: includes experience years, design process, P6, Procore/CMIC. That's both skills and qualifications. Could split into Skills and Qualifications sections. But we should prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine into one section "Skills and Qualifications". But allowed headings are singular; we could use "Skills" or "Qualifications". Since we have both, maybe use "Skills" heading and include qualifications within? Or use "Qualifications". The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can choose any of those. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content for About the role, Responsibilities, Skills/Qualifications (which could be Skills or Qualifications), Benefits. Also maybe Requirements (physical requirements). We have physical requirements details; could go under Requirements. Also we have "GCON Way" which is company culture; could be part of About the role? Might be better to include as part of About the role? But About the role should describe role; GCON Way is about company. Could we create a section "About the role" that includes both position description and GCON Way? That would be okay. But we might also create a separate section "Requirements" for physical requirements. However we also have qualifications (experience, skills). Could put those under "Qualifications". Let's decide: - About the role: combine Position Description paragraph and GCON Way paragraph (company culture, values, safety, recognition). That's substantive. - Responsibilities: list of duties. - Qualifications: list of experience/skills (5-7+ years, 3+ years leading, design process, P6, Procore/CMIC). Could also include "Skills" but we can use Qualifications. - Benefits: list of benefits. - Requirements: physical requirements (standing/walking, lifting, etc). Could also include any other requirements like maybe none else. We should not include Pay or Schedule as not provided. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, scam warning, recruiter notice, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We must preserve all substantive information. Ensure we don't lose any detail. Let's extract content. Position Description paragraph: "Position Description GCON is looking for an Assistant Superintendent with specialty running high tech programs and creating exceptional owner relations!
