Responsibilities
- Support the Superintendent and Project Team by helping oversee daily construction operations from planning through closeout
- Review drawings and schedules, assist with permits, subcontractor coordination, shop drawings, and work plans
- Participate in daily safety briefings and pretask planning
- Support crew supervision and subcontractor oversight
- Track quantities, deliveries, and reports
- Assist with QA/QC inspections and problem resolution
- Contribute to cost tracking and payment estimates
- Coordinate inspections and testing
- Maintain communication with engineers and owners
- Help drive projects forward safely, efficiently, and with high-quality results while developing skills needed to advance your career
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience with heavy civil/bridge experience as a Foreman supervising crews under a Superintendent
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, and Bluebeam
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Dependable, adaptable, and takes initiative
- Professional demeanor at all times
Qualifications
- Construction Management or Engineering degree is preferred
- Experience with AutoCAD, Primavera P6, or Bid2Win is a plus

Pay
$100,000 - $150,000
Schedule
