Assistant Superintendent
Responsibilities
- Aid in daily supervision of the project.
- Support supervision of company field labor and subcontractor activities.
- Maintain project safety standards.
- Clean up and maintain job site cleanliness.
- Manage and update project documentation.
- Resolve field conflicts and ensure proper job sequencing.
- Handle owner-occupant relations and coordinate deliveries.
- Regularly visit the project site.
- Oversee projects independently when necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum 1 year experience in general construction.
- Some working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations is beneficial.

Qualifications
Minimum 1 year experience in General Construction required. Some working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations beneficial.
