Assistant Superintendent

About the role

Oversee daily on-site construction activities, ensuring work progresses safely and efficiently.

Manage subcontractors and field crews, coordinating tasks and verifying work quality.

Maintain project schedules, tracking progress and adjusting plans to keep milestones on target.

Help drive growth from preconstruction all the way through project closeout.

Work directly with Lead Superintendent.

Ensure safety compliance, enforcing standards, conducting walkthroughs, and resolving hazards.

Make on-site decisions, using autonomy to address issues and keep the project moving smoothly.

Requirements

• 1-3+ years of general contractor construction experience
• Ability to work together as a team
• Willingness to learn from a seasoned superintendent
• Experience on K-12, Commercial, or Healthcare construction (ground up or renovations)

• Competitive salary up to $125K dependent on level of experience
