Assistant Superintendent

Description

• Support daily field operations on multifamily construction projects.
• Cook up coordination with subcontractors and monitor work progress.
• Aid in scheduling, quality control, and site safety.
• Review and interpret construction drawings and project documents.
• Maintain clear communication with project teams and trade partners.
• Track and document project activities using construction management software.
• Help resolve field issues and keep projects moving efficiently.
• Manage smaller project scopes independently with leadership support when needed.

Profile

• Junior-level Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Field Engineer, or Project Engineer background.
• Experience working on multifamily construction projects.
• Familiarity with urban construction environments and local subcontractor relationships.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to operate independently while leveraging support from senior staff.
• Motivated to grow into a larger field leadership role.
