Join our JCPenney Portraits team and help create lasting memories for customers. We’re looking for a creative, high-energy Assistant Studio Manager with a passion for leadership and photography. We’ll provide comprehensive training to help you exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Studio Manager with the operation and management of a portrait studio.
• Capture fun, spontaneous, and creative images that exceed customer expectations.
• Engage with potential customers and follow up with existing customers to schedule and confirm sessions.
• Deliver a delightful customer experience while maintaining professionalism and adhering to safety procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in retail, photography, or the service industry (strongly preferred).
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including holidays and weekends, as needed.
• Intermediate computer skills (e.g., navigation, data entry, Outlook, Excel).
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
