About the role
The Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach will support the strength and conditioning program at the collegiate level. This role will assist in the development and implementation of training programs, athlete performance analysis, and overall team fitness.
Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and implementing strength and conditioning programs tailored to meet the needs of the athletes.
- Conduct pre- and post-season evaluations to assess athlete performance and progress.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure alignment with the team’s overall training objectives.
- Monitor and maintain equipment and facilities to ensure they are safe and in good working order.
- Participate in team meetings and communicate regularly with the head coach and other staff members.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in exercise science, kinesiology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in strength and conditioning coaching or related field.
- Knowledge of advanced training techniques and ability to analyze athlete performance data.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Experience working with college athletes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Skills
- Proficiency in using sports analytics software.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Pay
