About the role
The Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach will support the strength and conditioning program at the collegiate level. This individual will work closely with the head coach and other staff members to develop and implement training programs that enhance athletic performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive strength and conditioning programs tailored to meet the needs of the team.
- Work with athletes to improve their physical fitness and overall performance.
- Assist in the organization and execution of team workouts and practices.
- Monitor athlete progress and adjust training plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure proper recovery and injury prevention strategies are implemented.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in exercise science, kinesiology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in strength and conditioning coaching or a similar role.
- Knowledge of sports-specific training techniques and ability to adapt training programs to different sports.
- Experience working with college athletes preferred.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
Salary range: $40,000 - $50,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
