Responsibilities
- Account Maintenance (60%)
- Contract approved plans and file client-signed authorizations.
- Gather and distribute production material specs based on plan parameters.
- Distribute traffic and posting instructions to vendors and confirm receipt.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure materials arrived, campaigns posted on time, and POP photos are provided.
- Keep the team updated on the status and timing of deliverables.
- Collaborate with the team to identify data and/or billing discrepancies and work to rectify them.
- Planning Support (10%)
- Support the media planning process, including budget tracking, client decks, contracting, implementation, maintenance, and post-buy attribution review.
- Compile and prepare competitive data and target research for analysis to inform media strategy; recognize patterns and trends.
- Relationship Development (15%)
- Engage and interact with your direct team, other internal Horizon Media departments, and media operators.
- Develop relationships with OOH vendors and gain a perspective on the markets they cover and formats they represent.
- Coordinate vendor meetings.
- Training & Development (15%)
- Advance your knowledge of the media industry, Horizon Media, and our clients.
- Participate in Horizon’s Media 101 training program and other syndicated and proprietary training sessions (e.g., Excel Basics, Business Writing, Presentation Skills).
Qualifications

Preferred Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work/internship experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Pay
Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00. A successful applicant’s actual base salary may vary based on factors such as individual skill sets, experience, training, education, licensure/certifications, and qualifications for the role.
