Assistant Store Manager - Zales - North Riverside Park Mall

About the role

We are seeking dynamic, driven, and creative individuals to join our team as Assistant Store Managers. This role will have a significant impact on many lives by assisting the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit projections, fostering a culture of total customer satisfaction, and developing skills and product knowledge for team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on individual and team members' standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction
• Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation
• Recruit and select team members
• Follow and enforce all Company policies and procedures
• Perform other operational and strategic duties

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends

Benefits

• Base pay, $16.50 – $21.00 plus commission on sales
