About the role

The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in managing all aspects of the store, including brand, people, and operations. They also take full responsibility when the Store Manager is absent.

Responsibilities

• Brand: Supervise and plan associate activities to enhance customer experiences and maximize sales/KPIs. Ensure all brand standards are met and resolve customer issues.

• People: Engage, train, and develop teams to achieve business objectives. Manage team performance, maintain positive relations, and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Operations: Execute company processes, manage inventory, schedule staff, and ensure adherence to safety and loss prevention protocols.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• At least 18 years of age

• Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience

• At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience

• Ability to lead or support a team

• Effective communication skills

• Scheduling availability to meet business needs

• Cosmetology license desirable but not required
