About the role
Cosmo Prof is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. This role oversees store operations, leads a team of associates, and ensures brand standards are met.
Responsibilities
Brands: Supervise and direct associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences, maximize sales/KPIs, and drive customer loyalty. Ensure all brand standards are met.
People: Engage, train, and develop teams to achieve business objectives. Support the Store Manager in recruiting and managing associates.
Operations: Manage store processes, ensure compliance with company policies, and execute digital strategies.
Safety/Loss Prevention: Maintain a safe store environment, protect company assets, and enforce policies related to inventory and cash control.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 18 years of age
Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience
At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience
Ability to lead or support a team of associates
Effective communication skills
Scheduling availability to meet business needs
Qualifications
Cosmetology license desirable, but not required
