Overview
The Vitamin Shoppe is seeking Assistant Store Managers who can lead a team of Health Enthusiasts in promoting lifelong wellness. This role offers opportunities for professional growth and continuous learning.
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager by executing tasks with excellence
- Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting team members
- Recruit and develop top talent within the store
- Foster external relationships to enhance sales
- Lead with integrity and take responsibility for actions
- Foster an environment of continuous education and support company-driven training initiatives
- Maintain regular store maintenance, adhere to loss prevention standards, process receipts promptly, and ensure shelves are stocked and prices are correct
- Be willing to perform additional duties as needed

Qualifications
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience/instruction
- The desire to work a flexible schedule (Holidays, weekends, locations)
- Valid driver’s license
- 3-5 years of retail experience
- Retail management experience preferred
