Overview

The Vitamin Shoppe is seeking Assistant Store Managers who can lead a team of Health Enthusiasts in promoting lifelong wellness. This role offers opportunities for professional growth and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a direct support to the Store Manager, executing with excellence.
  • Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting team members.
  • Assist with recruiting and developing top talent.
  • Foster external and community relationships to boost sales.
  • Lead with integrity and take responsibility for actions.
  • Foster an environment of continuous education and support company-driven training initiatives.
  • Participate in continuous learning activities.
  • Maintain regular store maintenance, adhere to loss prevention standards, process receipts promptly, and ensure shelves are stocked and prices are correct.
  • Be willing to perform additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience/instruction.
  • The desire to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • 3-5 years of retail experience, preferably with retail management experience.
