Responsibilities
- Create a superior customer service experience to achieve maximum market penetration
- Drive store growth, increase sales and profitability
- Provide daily leadership and create and sustain a culture of employee engagement
- Partner with teammates to drive company-owned store initiatives

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical or trade school courses or degree completion in automotive after-market service industry or hobby/DIY world, or willingness to learn all things automotive
- Passion for delivering customer care and building long-term relationships
- Thrives in a fast-paced and complex environment
- Knowledge of cataloging and/or inventory management systems
- Able to lift 60 lbs in some situations

Pay and Schedule
- Starting hourly rate of $22
- Pay progression with set starting rates and potential to reach top end within 12 months of hire
