Position Information
This role supports a Lacoste concession in Macy's Herald Square.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Assistance: Help oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Sales Support: Support the implementation of sales strategies to meet or exceed targets, and contribute to analyzing sales data for growth opportunities.
- Team Leadership: Assist in guiding, coaching, and developing the store team, fostering a positive work environment.
- Customer Service Focus: Maintain excellent customer service standards, handling customer queries and issues with professionalism.
- Inventory Oversight: Assist with inventory management, including stock ordering, receiving, and organizing.
- Mercandising and Presentation: Collaborate in ensuring the store's visual appeal and adherence to brand standards.
- Administrative Support: Assist with budget management and compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Profile
- Requirements/Qualifications:
- - 2-3 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
- - Demonstrated ability in supporting a team and store operations.
- - Strong leadership and people management skills.
- - Effective communication and organizational skills.
- - Experience in using retail management software and MS Office.
- - Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.
- - An associate or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
