Responsible for managing store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with team members to achieve store goals.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales performance.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and clean store environment.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to resolve issues and provide exceptional service.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall store performance and customer experience.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of retail management experience.
- Proven ability to manage teams and motivate employees.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
