What You’ll Do

  • Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure daily success while developing your leadership skills.
  • Support and lead all aspects of store operations, customer service, production, and team development.
  • Step confidently into the Store Manager role when needed, leading by example with professionalism and integrity.
  • Execute daily, monthly, and annual operational plans to meet performance and budget goals.
  • Train, coach, and develop team members while reinforcing strong service and production standards.
  • Create a welcoming, mission-aligned environment for customers, donors, and staff.
  • Aid in scheduling and staffing strategies to meet production and sales demands.
  • Maintain donation levels and coordinate merchandise needs with the warehouse.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, safety standards, loss prevention, and company procedures.
  • Prepare and review store reports and actively lead and participate in team meetings and huddles.

What You Bring

  • 1 year of retail management experience preferred.
  • A reliable vehicle and valid NYS driver’s license.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven leadership ability and sound judgment.
  • A passion for service, growth, and developing people.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive tasks (tagging, hanging).
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly.

Compensation & Growth

  • $20–$25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
