What You’ll Do
- Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure daily success while developing your leadership skills.
- Support and lead all aspects of store operations, customer service, production, and team development.
- Step confidently into the Store Manager role when needed, leading by example with professionalism and integrity.
- Execute daily, monthly, and annual operational plans to meet performance and budget goals.
- Train, coach, and develop team members while reinforcing strong service and production standards.
- Create a welcoming, mission-aligned environment for customers, donors, and staff.
- Aid in scheduling and staffing strategies to meet production and sales demands.
- Maintain donation levels and coordinate merchandise needs with the warehouse.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, safety standards, loss prevention, and company procedures.
- Prepare and review store reports and actively lead and participate in team meetings and huddles.

What You Bring
- 1 year of retail management experience preferred.
- A reliable vehicle and valid NYS driver’s license.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven leadership ability and sound judgment.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive tasks (tagging, hanging).
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly.
