Responsibilities

- Advancing from within with promotion opportunities for all levels.
- Implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
- Overseeing and providing customer service leadership, training, and coaching.
- Maintaining high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
- Assisting in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting the loyalty program.
- Maintaining a clean, safe environment by following health and sanitation procedures.
- Communicating effectively both orally and in writing.
- Using proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft products preferred).
Requirements
- A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates with at least one year of Retail Management experience.
- A valid Driver’s License from the state of residence while maintaining automotive liability insurance.
- The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience.
- Ability to maintain a clean, safe environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft products preferred).
