7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking qualified candidates for the Assistant Store Leader (Assistant Manager) position. This role is located at 7114 MERRIMAC TRAIL, WILLIAMSBURG, Virginia, 23185, United States.

Responsibilities

• A focus and dedication to your success! Ensuring proper training for excellent customer service.
• Managing and leading a team, providing training, coaching, and development opportunities.
• Implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Maintaining high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
• Assisting in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting the loyalty program.
• Maintaining a clean, safe environment by following health and sanitation procedures.
• Communicating effectively and managing multiple tasks, including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates with at least one year of Retail Management experience.
• A valid Driver’s License from the state of residence while maintaining automotive liability insurance.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience in a supervisory role, preferably in retail management.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty program promotion.
• Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
