We are looking for a Retail Assistant Manager who enjoys working as part of a management team and has previous supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees alongside the Store Leader.
  • Maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
  • Aid in implementing all merchandising and marketing programs.
  • Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote the loyalty program.
  • Maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with all health and sanitation procedures.
  • Communicate effectively and maintain interpersonal relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Utilize proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft products preferred).

Requirements

  • A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates with at least one year of Retail Management experience.
  • A valid Driver’s License from the state of residence while maintaining automotive liability insurance during employment.
  • The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
