Assistant Store Leader (Assistant Manager)

We empower our employees to "activate awesome" and make a meaningful impact in their stores and communities every day. We are currently seeking an Assistant Store Leader Trainee to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees alongside the Store Leader.
- Maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
- Aid in implementing all merchandising and marketing programs.
- Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote the loyalty program.
- Maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures.
- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing, and build positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Perform tasks such as multi-tasking, bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required for candidates with one year of retail management experience.
- Valid driver's license from the state of residence, with automotive liability insurance.
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Pay
$12.75 - $18.50 per hour
