Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees alongside the Store Leader.
• Maintain high employee retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote the loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked store environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures.
• Demonstrate proficiency in computer tasks (Microsoft Word, Excel preferred).

Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience in a retail or customer service environment.
• High School diploma or GED preferred; not required for candidates with at least one year of Retail Management experience.
• Valid Driver’s License from the state of residence and maintenance of automotive liability insurance during employment.
• Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Skills

• Proficiency in cash handling and basic computer knowledge.
