Assistant Store Leader (Assistant Manager)

The Assistant Store Leader (Assistant Manager) position at Speedway7-Eleven is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing store operations, managing staff, and driving sales. This role is committed to fostering a positive work environment and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees.
• Maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
• Implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote the loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment by following health and sanitation procedures.
• Communicate effectively and maintain interpersonal relationships.
• Utilize proficient computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office products.

Requirements

• A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates with at least one year of Retail Management experience.
• A valid Driver’s License from the state of residence while maintaining automotive liability insurance during employment.
• The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
