About the role
The Assistant Store Leader (Assistant Manager) position at 7-Eleven, Inc. is open for immediate consideration. This role requires a focus and dedication to employee success, a strong "promote from within" philosophy, and a commitment to providing proper training for excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees alongside the Store Leader.
- Maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
- Aid in implementing all merchandising and marketing programs.
- Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote the loyalty program.
- Maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures.
- Show excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills.
- Display proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft products preferred).
Requirements
- A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates with at least one year of Retail Management experience.
- A valid Driver’s License from the state of residence while maintaining automotive liability insurance during employment.
- The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay
$16.50 - $22.50 per hour.
