Assistant Store Leader (Assistant Manager)

The Assistant Store Leader (Assistant Manager) position at 7-Eleven, Inc. is a leadership role aimed at those who are ready to grow, lead, and make a difference. Responsibilities

• A focus and dedication to your success! Ensuring proper training for excellent customer service.
• Advancing employees through a strong “promote from within” philosophy.
• Implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Maintaining a clean, safe environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures.
• Managing cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting loyalty programs.
• Assisting in customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader.
• Maintaining high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
• Ensuring a clean, safe environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures.
• Communicating effectively both orally and in writing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

Requirements

• A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates with at least one year of Retail Management experience.
• A valid Driver’s License from the state of residence while maintaining automotive liability insurance.
• The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

Pay

$11.50 - $17.75 per hour
