About the role
The Assistant Store Leader (Assistant Manager) position at 7-Eleven, Inc. is responsible for overseeing and providing customer service leadership, training, and coaching to all store employees. Responsibilities
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, alongside the Store Leader, for all store employees.
- Maintain high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging employee productivity.
- Aid in implementing all merchandising and marketing programs.
- Competent in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting the loyalty program.
- Maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with all health and sanitation procedures.
- Excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft products (Word, Excel).
- Valid Driver’s License from the state of residence while maintaining automotive liability insurance during course of employment.
- Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Requirements
Preferred qualifications include a High School diploma or GED, at least one year of Retail Management experience, and a valid Driver’s License from the state of residence while maintaining automotive liability insurance during course of employment.

Pay
The pay range for this role is $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
This role typically works a standard 40-hour week, Monday through Friday, with some flexibility based on business needs.
